Baked pork chops & Rice by
Ingredients
4-6 small boneless porkchops
1 10 oz cream of mushroom
1 10 oz cream of chicken
1 ½ cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Rice
Salt
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350, grease 13x9 baking dish. Pat dry the pork chops and season both sides. In a medium bowl, mix cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, chicken broth and rice. Pour into baking dish. Place pork chops on top of rice and over with foil. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until rice is tender and pork chops are cooked through.
