Strawberry Shortcake on Biscuits by

Ingredients
Full share Veggie Box strawberries, washed, dried, hulled and quartered
2 Tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons grated lime zest
Pinch of salt
Your favorite biscuits
Your favorite whipped cream
Instructions
In a large bowl, use a potato masher or fork to mash 2 cups of the strawberries until few chunks remain. Stir in the sugar, zest and salt. Fold in the remaining strawberries. Cover and let sit until syrupy, at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Spoon over a biscuit cut in half. Top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
