Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream by brendalap

Ingredients

1 package cream cheese, softened 2 t. lemon zest 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1-1/2 c. fresh strawberries 1/3 c. whipped cream 3 graham crackers, coarsely chopped

Instructions

Mix cream cheese, milk, whipped cream and lemon zest with mixer until well blended. Freeze 4 hours or until almost solid.
Beat cream cheese mixture with mixer until creamy and blend berries in blender until smooth.
Add graham crackers and mix well. Freeze 8 hours or until firm.
Remove dessert from freezer 15 min. before serving.
