1 BOX LEMON CAKE MIX 1 BOX LIME JELLO 1 1/2 CUPS VEGETABLE OIL 5 EGGS 1/2 CUP ORANGE JUICE 4 TABLESPOONS CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR 1/2 CUP KEY LIME JUICE 1 BOX CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR (MINUS AMOUNT USED FOR GLAZE) 1 STICK BUTTER (SOFTENED) 1 TEASPOON VANILLA 1 8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE (SOFTENED)

Instructions

CAKE
MIX FIRST FIVE INGREDIENTS; BEAT TWO TO THREE MINUTES AT MEDIUM SPEED
POUR INTO THREE ROUND ,GREASED AND FLOURED CAKE PANS
BAKE 350 DEGREES APPROXIMATELY 25 MINUTES

GLAZE
MIX CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR AND LIME JUICE
WHILE LAYERS ARE STILL WARM, DRIZZLE GLAZE OVER LAYERS

ICING
CREAM TOGERHER BUTTER AND CREAM CHEESE, BLEND IN SUGAR, VANILLA AND LIME JUICE. ICE CAKE WHEN COMPLETELY COOLED
