Pumpkin Cake ( Kåren Olsen) by Kathi

Ingredients

2 cans of 15 ounces Pumpkin 1 can Evaporated Milk 3 Eggs 1 cup sugar 3 teaspoons Cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 1 box Yellow cake mix 1 cup chopped pecans 3/4 melted butter

Instructions

Mix together pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, salt well and pour in
greased 9 x 13 pan.

Take Yellow Cake Mix and sift over pumpkin mixture.

Spread chopped Pecans on top

Drizzle melted butter all over

Bake at 350* for 50 minutes

Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, toffee bits, or drizzle of caramel or whatever you desire.
