Pumpkin Bread by brendalap

Ingredients

1-2/3 C. flour 1-1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 t. baking powder 1 t. baking soda 3/4 t. salt 1 t. cinnamon 1/4 t. cloves 1/4 t. nutmeg 1/2 t. ginger 1/3 c. milk 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1 T. molasses 2 large eggs 1 c. pumpkins 1/2 c. walnuts or raisins

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients. Add to dry ingredients. Thoroughly blend. Add walnuts. Bake in well greased 9-1/2” x 5” loaf pan at 350° for 1 hour or until done. Or in a 9 X 12” cake pan for 35 min.
