Fingerling Potatoes by aarona

Ingredients

2 Lbs fingerling potatoes, sliced lengthwise Canola or olive oil Salt Black pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Paprika Italian seasoning 2 Tbsp butter

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425, and place baking sheet in the oven to heat.

2. Toss sliced potatoes in a large bowl with oil, then add seasonings and toss until distributed evenly.

3. Remove baking sheet from oven, and add butter to melt. Spread potatoes in a single layer with the smooth side down.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Feel free to broil for 2-3 minutes to crisp up the skin side of the potatoes.

5. Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
