Ingredients

-4 tbsp ground flax seeds -1 egg (or egg white only for low cholesterol) -1/2 - 3/4 tsp baking powder -Optional, but highly recommended: 3 tbsp Greek yogurt (for fluffier result)

Instructions

1. You can simply mix everything together in a microwave safe bowl OR for an easier clean up, mix everything together in a seperate bowl and then transfer to a nonstick / oiled bowl to avoid sticking and a harder clean up.

2. Microwave first for 90 seconds and then additional 20-30 second intervals checking for done-ness.
