Chicken Soup - Kiy by
Ingredients
1     tsp Olive Oil
2     oz  Celery
2     oz  Radish
1 1/2 oz  Yellow Onion
  1/4 tsp Minced Garlic
1     cup Chicken Broth
  1/4 tsp Thyme
  1/8 tsp Salt
  1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  1/8 tsp Oregano
8     oz  Cooked Chicken
  1/2 oz  Spinach
Instructions
1. In a pot add the oil and warm over medium heat.
2. Add the Vegetables and keep the medium heat. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the Minced Garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the Broth and seasoning. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat, cover the pot, and simmer until the vegetables are tender. 8-10 minutes.
6. Stir in the Spinach and Cooked Chicken. heat for 2-4 minutes.
