37     oz   Pork Butt
 1     oz   Jalapeno Peppers
   1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
 1     tbsp Lime Juice
 1     tbsp Cumin, Ground
   1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
   1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
 1     tbsp Oregano, Ground
   1/2 tsp  Salt
Instructions
1. Mix the dry spices together and rub the dry spices on the pork butt.
2. Place the pork butt in a slow cooker, fat side up. Add any remaining spices.
3. Add Jalapenos, Lemon Juice, and Lime Juice over the pork butt.
4. Cook on the low setting for 10-12 hours.
5. Pull the pork apart with a fork, shredding the meat.
