Tuna Rice Salad by

Ingredients
2 cans tuna
4 cups cold cooked rice
1 cup diced celery
Dash lemon juice
1/2 to 1 teaspoon powder curry
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Condiments: omit or change items you prefer
Salted peanuts
Golden raisins
Chopped green onions
Roasted coconut flakes
Chopped green pepper
Mandarin oranges
Instructions
Combine tuna, rice, celery, lemon juice, curry, salt, pepper & mayonnaise, toss well.
Serve with condiments in little bowls ( or mix what you like all together in one bowl)
Keep in refrigerator, covered until ready to serve.
