Ingredients
1 large spaghetti squash
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup Olive oil
1 Boursin garlic herbs cheese
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°
Cut spaghetti squash in half long ways
Scoop out seeds
Drizzle Olive oil on squash, rub in, and season
Add sliced cherry tomatoes into cavity along with Boursin cheese and minced garlic
Bake for 45 minutes
Scrape sides with fork and mix
