Sausage Seasoning by
Ingredients
4 tablespoons ground sage
3 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
Thoroughly combine all ingredients with a whisk. Store in a glass container.
NOTE: Use 1 Tablespoon of mix in 1 pound of ground pork.
