Hamantashen for Purim - Triangle Jam Cookies by

Ingredients
-4 cups all-purpose flour
-3 eggs
-1 cup of sugar
-˝ cup margarine
-1/2 cup of oil
-1/2 cup of orange juice, freshly squeezed if possible
-1-2 teaspoons baking powder
-1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
1. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick.
2. Flour the rim of a glass and cut out circles of dough (you’ll need a lot of flour for the dough, rolling pin and surface).
3. Place about 2 teaspoons of your filling of choice in the middle of each circle.
4. To shape the hamantaschen into triangles, pinch together the top and left side of the circle toward the middle. Do the same with the top and right side of the circle. Join the sides together.
5. Bake on the prepared baking sheet, 12 minutes or until slightly browned.
