Syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes) by
🌸You can choose lactose free cottage cheese
🌸Preferably to consume warm directly from pan
🌸you can replace sugar with more salt and pepper and raisins with feta cheese, therefore savory breakfast is also an option (like to serve with guacamole, smoked salmon and poached egg)
Ingredients
200 g cottage cheese
Raisins (50 g)
Vanilla sugar 5 g
Pinch of salt
Baking powder 5 g
Flour of your choice 2 tbsp
1 egg
1 white egg
2 tbsp sunflower oil for frying
Instructions
STEP 1
combine cottage cheese with eggs till smooth
Add salt, baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour
STEP 2
Rinse in a hot water raisins and add to the main mass
STEP 3
Put 3 tbsp of flour on a desk and make a cottage Cheese balls, press them to mould a form of pancakes. Wrap them in a flour and fry on a hot pan with previously added oil. 2 minutes each side.
STEP 4
Serve with smetana (sour cream) and honey or jam of your choice.
