Rice Paper S'mores by Emi2

Ingredients

-Rice paper -Dark chocolate, dairy free -Marshmallow (SMALL amount, under 5 g / 1 tsp sugar) -Optional: Cinnamon -Optional: Espresso powder -Optional: Shredded coconut

Instructions

Prep pan fry: Heat pan and small amount of oil

1. Gather your chocolate piece and marshmallow filling

2. Moisten your dry rice paper with water until bendable. Try not to wait until it's too soggy or it'll get stickier and harder to wrap.

3. Place the chocolate and marshmallow into the center of the rice paper (Optional: add cinnamon / espresso powder now, or wait till end to sprinkle on top).

4. Fold rice paper into a square, sealing well the filling.

5. Pan fry both sides until browned and crispy. Optional: Dust s'more with cinnamon and / or espresso powder.
