Turkey Curry - Thanksgiving Leftovers by

Ingredients
-½ cup onion chopped
-½ cup celery chopped
-¼ cup oil
-1/3 cup flour
-2 cups broth
-1 cup tomato juice
-½ teaspoon Worchester sauce
-Salt and pepper
-1 teaspoon curry powder
-4 cup diced cooked turkey
-4 cups rice
Instructions
1. Brown onion and celery in oil.
2. Add flour and blend, add broth. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
3. Add tomato juice and Worchester sauce, spice and turkey. Heat thoroughly.
4. Serve over rice with sliced nuts and raisins, don't skip the toppings.
