Rhubarb Onion Relish by Kathi

Ingredients

4 cups diced fresh rhubarb 2 cups white vinegar 4 Cups diced white onions 1/2 tsp celery salt 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ground cloves 1 tsp cinnamon 2 pounds (4 cups) dark brown sugar

Instructions

Cook rhubarb and vinegar together 20 minutes
Add onions, celery salt, ground cloves, cinnamon & brown sugar and simmer 1 hour. Pour into canning jars hot and seal.

Great for venison, game meat condiment
