Burger Bowls by
Ingredients
1lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
BURGER SAUCE/DRESSING (MAKES 5-6 SERVINGS)
1/3 cup mayo
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp dill relish
2 tbsp sweet pickle juice (from a jar of sweet pickles)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
Chopped romaine lettuce
Shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped dill pickles
Chopped grape tomatoes
Pickled red onion or regular
Avocado
Bacon
Instructions
1. Preheat a skillet to medium heat. Once hot add in the ground beef and cook about 5-7 minutes until fully brown.
2. Once the meat is near finished add in the seasonings. Mix well and leave on the pan a few more minutes until cooked.
3. To make the burger sauce, add 1/3 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tbs dill relish, 2 tbs sweet pickle juice, and 1/4 tsp of garlic powder to a bowl and mix well. Place in the fridge until you are ready to assemble the salad.
4. To a bowl add romaine lettuce, the cooked ground beef, any of the toppings you’d like, and then the dressing. Enjoy!
