Apple Pan Dowdy by Kathi

Ingredients

12-15 Apples, peeled & sliced 2 cups sugar 6 Tbsp flour 6 Tbsp cinnamon 14 X 10 pan, buttered 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups butter 1 1/2 cups rolled oats Walnuts, or other kinds of nuts (optional)

Instructions

Mix flour, sugar & cinnamon together.
Put in apples, mix well to coat.
Layer them on the pan.

Mix brown sugar, flour, butter, oats (& nuts, if preferred)
Press firmly on top apples

Bake 45-60 minutes at 350' until golden.
