Where can I eat out? by
Ingredients
Restaurants that are easiest / possible to eat at:
-MONGOLIAN BBQ. Salad bar style stir fries, well balanced protein, fiber, and carb. Choose your own ingredients. Just ask them to clean the grill due to allergies before cooking yours.
-JAPANESE. SUSHI / POKE. Avocado, fish, rice, kewpie mayo, sesame oil / seeds. Rolls / bowls without cucumber, spicy, sugary sauces, etc. Be careful not to overdo it since sushi rice is flavored with small amounts of sugar usually. Don't overdo it with seaweed / nori, diet only allows for some. Use gluten free soy sauce (tamari) when possible.
