Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Chicken by TessaBettano

Ingredients

1.5 Lb chicken thighs 3 TBSP butter or ghee, melted 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup honey 1 TBSP chili onion crunch 1 TSP paprika 1 TSP chili powder 1 TSP garlic powder 1/2 TSP salt

Instructions

1. Start by preheating your oven to 400 F
2. In a small bowl add the butter/ghee and melt
3. Then add the Dijon mustard, honey, chili onion crunch, paprika, chili powder, and salt. Mix well
4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and brush on the honey mustard mix until well coated.
5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes then broil for a couple of minutes at the end! If using parchment paper make sure to keep a close eye on the paper while broiling, the paper will burn if you leave it in too long!
6. Serve the chicken in any way you would like! I like it with roasted veggies or a salad.
