Ingredients
125 g of butter
4 egg whites (only 3 if eggs are large)
170 g of sugar
40 g of flour
60 g of ground almonds
some baking powder
Instructions
Melt the butter on low heat until brown and let cool aside.
Meanwhile beat the egg white with a pinch of salt.
Add the flour, almonds and baking powder.
Fold in the butter.
Freeze for one hour.
Bake at 180°C for 15 min
