Pecan Pie by bkvogler

Ingredients

1/3 C butter or margarine 3/4 C firmly packed brown sugar 3 beaten eggs 1 C dark corn syrup 1 C whole pecans 1 t vanilla 1/4 t salt

Instructions

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add eggs, stir in syrup, pecans, vanilla and salt. Fill a pastry lined plate and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower to 350 for 30-35 minutes. An inserted knife comes out clean when done. Cool and server with whipped cream.
