Power Ice Cubes by
Ingredients
-1 cup water (or coconut water for added electrolytes)
-1 tbsp fresh ginger
-juice of 2 lemons (1/4 - 1/3 cups or 4 - 5 tbsp)
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-1-2 pieces of whole ginseng
-a few fresh mint leaves
-1/2 tsp turmeric powder
-1 scoop collagen peptides
-Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Ginseng: Boil about 1 1/2 cups water in a pot, add in the ginseng, and reduce heat to a simmer for 20-30 minutes. Save the Ginseng and the water when done. Cool the tea a bit before the next step.
2. Put everything into a blender and blend!
3. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
4. To use, place two cubes (roughly 1 tbsp per cube) into a mug and mix with hot water to enjoy.
