White Wine Pasta Sauce by Beverlin7

Ingredients

2 teaspoons minced garlic ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 5 tablespoons butter ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper fresh ground ½ cup white wine 1 pound pasta ½ cup parsley for garnishing ½ cup parmesan fresh grated

Instructions

1. In large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium. Add garlic, red pepper and sauté until golden (about a minute).
2. Add salt, pepper, wine and butter.
3. Stir 2 minutes, remove from heat and toss with pasta, chicken, scallops or shrimp.
Pasta
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Prepare noodles al dente.
2. Garnish with parsley and fresh grated parmesan.
