Cranberry Chicken by Emi

Ingredients

-1 small onion, thinly sliced -1 cup of cranraisins -12 skinless, boneless chicken thighs -¼ cup catsup -2 tablespoons brown sugar -1 teaspoon dry mustard -2 teaspoons cider vinegar

Instructions

1. In crock pot, combine onion and cranraisins. Put chicken on top.

2. Mix everything else in small bowl and pour over chicken.

3. Cook at low setting 6 ½ - 7 ½ hours.
• To make in oven cook at 325 for 1 ¾ hours.

Servings: 6 Serving Size: 1-2 chicken thighs
