Smashed Potato Chicken Caesar Salad by TessaBettano

Ingredients

250 g chicken breast 1 TBSP garlic 1 TBSP mixed herbs 400 g baby potatoes 4 low cal oil sprays salt & pepper handful of lettuce 10 g crispy onions Caesar Dressing: 4 TBSP plain Greek yogurt 1 TSP Dijon mustard 2 TSP Worchester sauce 1 TSP garlic dash lemon juice 10 g parmesan

Instructions

1. Add your baby potatoes to a tray, spray 1 low cal oil spray, and pop into oven at 400 F until softened (about 15 min)
2. Combine your sauce and set aside
3. Add 1 low cal oil spray to your chicken, along with garlic and mixed herbs and into air fryer at 400 F for 17 Min
4. Once potatoes are softened, squish them down, spray last oil spray on them and add salt and pepper. pop back in the oven for 15 min
5. Assemble your lettuce, chicken, potatoes, sauce and crispy onions
