Ingredients
12 eggs
1 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup of cheese
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
1 package ground chorizo
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Cook the chorizo over the stovetop until done
3. Add eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, salt, and pepper to a blender until the mixture is smooth and consistent.
4. Add the mixture to muffin tins
5. top off with the chorizo
6. Cook for 20 min. Enjoy!
