Easy breakfast casserole by Ed

Ingredients

2 lbs beef sausage 12 eggs 2 cups cheddar cheese 1 cup bell peppers 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup milk salt and pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
Cook sausage and drain excess grease.
Whisk eggs, sour cream, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Stir in sausage and peppers.
Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake 35–50 minutes until set and golden.
Let rest before slicing and serving.
