Fish Cakes by

Ingredients
4 cups fish, half halibut/salmon
4 eggs
4 TBSP melted butter
4 cups milk
4 TBSP potato flour
3 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Onion powder
1/2 to 4 tsp. Mace
1/2 to 4 tsp. Ginger
1/2 to 4 tsp. Nutmeg
Pepper
Instructions
Grind fish 3-4 times, slowly add milk, in mixer at low speed, add rest of ingredients, add salt & onion powder last. Beat well, make patties one by one in a pan coated with a bit of oil, and cook both sides.
