Split Pea Soup by

Ingredients
-4 cans chicken broth (64 oz)
-1 lb dried split peas
-1/4 cup chopped onion
-1/4 cup celery
-1 tsp black pepper
-1 to 2 tbsp molasses
-1 medium yam
-black pepper
-1 garlic clove
Instructions
1. Put everything into the slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
2. Mix with immersion blender or in a blender on a low speed until smooth.
