Baked Taco Mac and Cheese by
Serve hot so cheese is smooth.
Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1 packet Taco Seasoning

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 cups cheddar
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 box cooked Macaroni
1/4 Cheddar for topping
Instructions
Make a roux with butter, flour, milk
Add 2 cups Cheese and Macaroni
Layer Macaroni in bottom of oven dish
Layer Ground Beef
Layer 1/2 cup cheddar
Repeat above layers
Bake in pre-heated oven at 400 F for 15 minutes
Top with Salsa, Sour Cream, chopped green onions (Optional)
Add 2 cups Cheese and Macaroni
Layer Macaroni in bottom of oven dish
