Chocolate cream by julienrf

Ingredients

1 l of milk 10 yolks 150 g of sugar 175 g of dark chocolate 1 teaspoon of cocoa 1 vanilla bean

Instructions

Melt the chocolate with the vanilla bean (split lengthwise).
Meanwhile, beat the yolks with the sugar.
Add the chocolate and the cocoa.
Pour in small pots and bake covered in a bain marie at 90°C for one hour and a half (until set).
