Porcupine Meat Balls by bkvogler

Serve with mash potatoes, any leftovers mix potatoes and pines then reheat for a easy next day meal.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef 1/2 C raw rice 1 1/2 t salt 1/4 t thyme 3 T finely chopped onion 6 T tomato paste 1 can cream of mushroom soop 2 C hot water

Instructions

Mix beef, rice, salt, pepper, thyme, chopped onion & 2 T of tomato paste together. Shape 8-10 balls. Place in medium size saucepan with cover. Combine soup & paste & hot water. Pour over meet balls. Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
