Restaurant walein onions by Kombaj

Ingredients

Onions- 3 big (cut into 8 pieces) Apple cider vinegar - 2tbsp Water- 1 tbsp Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Heat pan and add vinegar and water
When it comes to a boil add salt.
Now get it off flame and add diced onions.
When they change color, let them come to room temperature.
