Ingredients
591 ml warm water
2 egg whites
30 ml olive oil
30 ml sugar
15 g salt
1400 ml bread flour
20 g yeast
Instructions
Place ingredients in a bread machine, and run a dough cycle.
Form rolls, place on greased baking sheet.
Cover and rise for 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
