Sushi Rice / Crispy Waffled Rice for Poke by
Ingredients
For 1 Cup Dry Rice:
-2 tbsp rice vinegar
-1 tbsp sugar
-1/2 tsp salt
-[Optional] Sesame oil, as much as desired, around 1/2-1 tsp
Instructions
1. Make the rice.
2. Season the rice with the combined vinegar, sugar, salt, and optional sesame oil
3. Eat as is as sashimi, onigiri, or hand rolls. Or put in in a waffle maker to make crispy rice that you can top with poke.
