2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
226g butter, room temperature
250g granulated sugar, plus 1/4 cup for rolling
1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Oven 350F.
Parchment paper baking sheets.
Wet/dry technique. Cream butter/sugar.
3 tb scoop, 2 inches apart.
Roll balls in sugar.
Flatten slightly with bottom of glass.
Bake 10-12 minutes
