Here are some tips for getting through this diet, because really it can be challenging. See No. 5, very important.

Instructions

1. Hydration is an absolute MUST for keeping fully satiated throughout meal spacing. Find out how much water you should be drinking, and stick to it. Your body will need to adapt to drinking more than it’s used to, but within days, you’ll notice the difference in how you crave and manage hydration.

2. Meal prepping whenever possible will make your life easier, especially when you’re getting hungry and everything but what you’re supposed to eat is calling to you. Know which meals are fastest and easiest for you to make in a pinch.

3. Buy in bulk to ensure that you have what you need readily available when you’re hungry, see list of what to buy in bulk later

4. Prioritize protein to keep you feeling full and satiated

5. Set a timer after each meal so that you don’t have to think about when you can eat next, no calculating or checking the clock.
