Ingredients
115g butter, room temp
80g granulated sugar
120g brown sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
420g overripe bananas
70g greek yoghurt/sour cream/mayo, room temp
235g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
raw sugar for sprinkling on top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 430F. Grease tins.
Cream butter and sugar. Then follow wet/dry rules.
Sprinkle with raw sugar.
Bake for 10 minutes at 430F. For domed tops.
Bake for 9-10 minutes at 375F.
