Matcha Tea / Latte / Minty Matcha by
-I frequent this recipe to get my caffeine and protein / collagen
-When ingesting caffeine, like this recipe for instance, always wait 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours after waking up as not to mess with your circadian rhythm
Ingredients
-Matcha Powder
Optional:
-Almond milk
-Hemp milk
-Pinch of sugar
-Mint sprig
-protein / collagen powder
Instructions
1. Add small amount of hot water to cup
2. Sift ¼ - ½ - 1 tsp matcha powder into water and stir thoroughly, ideally with frother (If you skip the sifter, it will come out clumpy) Optional: Add pinch of sugar now / protein powder
3. Fill rest of cup with hot water or hot sugar free almond milk or hemp milk
Optional: Add sprig of mint and let steep for 10 min
