Beef & Cabbage Stir Fry by
Ingredients
500g mince
1/2 of a big cabbage
2 onions, chopped up
2 carrots, grated
1 tsp each of: salt, basil, oregano, thyme, crushed garlic
Rice for serving
Instructions
I use a large stove top fry pan
Fry onions in a bit of oil, 2 min
Add mince & brown it
Add grated carrot, let cook 5min
Add cabbage (there will seem like a heap of cabbage but it shrinks down, add it a bit at a time if you have to)
Add spices, cook 10 more minutes, stirring often
Serve on rice (to stretch it further)
If you're feeling fancy, put a dollop of sour cream on top once served
