Vanilla sponge cake by Shona

U can add ghee instead of cooking oil u can add any flavour to it like almonds raisens....

Ingredients

All purpose flour - 1& half cup cooking oil - half cup curd - 1 cup fresh sugar - 1 cup Baking pwd - 1&half heaped tsp cooking soda - half heaped tsp Vanilla essence - 1 tbsp

Instructions

Sieve maida n keep aside
pre heat oven on 180 degree for 20 mins
Now beat curd. Cooking oil. Sugar
baking pwd n soda together n keep aside for 5 min
now slowly add maida n beat properly follwed by vanilla essence n nw set it in a baking container n cake is ready for bake
bake it for 40 or 45 mins.


Fluffy cake is ready to serve.
