MILK CHOCOLATE TOFFEE BITS COOKIES by

Ingredients
2 1/4 C all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 stick butter or margarine
3/4 C granulated sugar
3/4 C packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 8oz. Package of Heath toffee bits (1 1/3 C)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in large bowl until well blended.
4. Add eggs and beat well.
5. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until well blended.
6. Stir In toffee bits. Combine well.
7. Drop by large spoonsful onto prepared cookie sheets.
8. Bake 9 to 11 minutes until lightly browned.
9. Cool slightly before removing to wire rack to finish cooling.
