Kale Shake by Aquatech

Kale, shake, veggie shake, smoothie

20 Min Prep - 3 Min Cook time

Ingredients

2 cups raw Kale 1 cup raw spinach 1 stock of celery 1 granny smith apple cored slice of pineapple handful of blueberries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries etc.) one whole carrot peeled Half a cucumber half lemon peeled and deseeded dash of cayenne pepper 1/4 cup raw oats slice of jalapeno deseeded (1/4" in length) chunk of fresh ginger peeled (size of a knuckle) Tablespoon of chia seeds (or Flax seeds) 1/2 avocado tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter 16-20 oz. of water (coconut water can be used as well)

Instructions

"Put all ingredient in blender and blend on high for 3-5 minutes or until creamy consistency.

Dependent on your blender things will need to be cut beforehand. I use a Vitamix which requires minimal pre-cutting. Blendtec and Ninja blenders should also handle this no problem.

Most ingredients are optional and can be adjusted to taste."
