Teriyaki meatballs by
Used canned pineapple juice. Fresh will breakdown your Meatballs
Ingredients
1lb ground beef
2 cups teriyaki sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp ginger
Instructions
Mix ground beef, 1/8 cup teriyaki sauce, 1/8 cup pineapple juice, brown sugar, and ginger together in a large bowl
Heat skillet over high heat
Form meat mixture into equal sized balls and sear in pan
Add in the remaining teriyaki sauce and pineapple juice.
Lower heat once it starts to bubble and simmer covered for 20 minutes stirring carefully every couple minutes
Serve over white rice
