Thai Chicken-Mushroom Soup by 56amarstonave

Ingredients

2 garlic cloves 4 Cilantro 1-1/2 teasp. peppercorns 1 tbls oil 4-5 cups chicken stock dried chinese black mushrooms- (soak in water 30 minutes first) fish sauce chicken, thin sliced green onion and cilantro at the end

Instructions

Morter and pestle, garlic, cilantro and peppercorns to a paste. Heat oil, cook the paste a minute or so, add chicken stock, fish sauce, and mushrooms. Simmer 5 minutes, add chicken simmer another few, add green onions and cilantro and serve.
