Ingredients
Cake:
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 (15.25 oz.) chocolate fudge cake mix
1 (3.3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
1 stick of margarine, melted
1 cup milk
1 cup peppermint patties (Junior's)
Filling:
1 (6 oz.) Greek yogurt, plain
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Cake: Place marshmallows over the bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
Prepare chocolate cake mix with Chocolate Pudding mix, 4 eggs, margarine and milk. "DON'T USE AS EXTRA INGREDIENTS ON THE CAKE BOX"
Add peppermint candies into cake mix. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour over the marshmallows and bake at 350 degrees for 37 minutes.
Cool completely.
Filling: Beat Greek yogurt, cocoa, milk and chocolate chips and mix well.
Spread over the cake.
Spread cherry pie filling over the Filling layer.
Topping: Mix cool whip and cocoa mix. Spread over the cherry pie filling.
Decorate.
