Fastest Tamari Curried Chicken by
Ingredients
-Chicken thighs or breast
-Tamari (Gluten free soy sauce)
-Cooking oil
-Curry powder
-Optional: Sesame oil / seeds
-Optional: Salt & Pepper
-Optional: Canned Bamboo Shoot Strips
-Optional: Carrots
Instructions
1. Slice chicken into thin strips with the grain, not against (Thinner slices cook faster and have good sauce to chicken ratio) (Can pre marinade chicken slices for more flavor or skip if in a hurry)
2. Heat pan with oil, add chicken (optional, use hot pan to roast your curry powder before using for more flavor)
3. Drizzle in gluten free soy sauce, tamari, to taste. Cook down.
Add black pepper and curry powder to taste.
Optional: Add in bamboo shoots or carrots to stir fry with chicken.
